YOU SCORED AS
The Awakened Woman
You look disciplined on the outside. But inside? Anxiety, guilt, and a peace that disappears every time the scale moves. You don't need a better plan. You need a different root.
Your Body Audit revealed a pattern that most Christian women never name: your fitness has become your functional god.
HERE'S WHAT THIS MEANS
That's not an insult. It's a diagnosis. And it's one I lived in for years before I could see it.
Here's what The Awakened Woman looks like from the inside:
You track every macro, but you panic when you miss a day. You pray before your workouts, but you spiral when the scale moves. You post Scripture with your progress pics, but your worth is still tied to the mirror. You feel guilty when you rest because rest feels like laziness, not stewardship. You've tried every program. They "work" temporarily, but they always collapse. And every time they collapse, you blame yourself.
You confuse intensity with faithfulness. You perform for God instead of resting in your identity. And you've never called it what it is: idolatry.
Not because you're a bad Christian. But because nobody taught you the difference between stewardship and worship of your own body.
HERE'S WHAT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING
Your false belief is: "I just need a better plan. More discipline. Stronger willpower."
That belief has kept you on a treadmill (literally and spiritually) for years. And every plan you've tried has confirmed it, because the fitness industry, even the "Christian" fitness industry, starts at the same place: behavior.
Here's your workout. Here's your meal plan. Just be consistent.
But behavior without identity always collapses under pressure. Always. That's not a discipline problem. That's an order problem.
You've been trying to DO your way into a result. But God's framework is BE first. Be (who you are in Christ), then Do (stewardship that flows from identity), then Have (fruit that follows faithfulness).
You've had the order reversed. And that reversed order is why every program collapses. Not because you're broken. Because the root is wrong.
The root of your fitness is pride, self-reliance, control, and approval. And you've baptized it in Christian language. Fitness culture in a Bible cover is still fitness culture. Stewardship produces peace. If your fitness produces anxiety, it's not stewardship. It's idolatry wearing a sports bra.
This isn't just about your body. It's about your calling.
God does not give dominion to what is not surrendered to Him. While your fitness is your functional god, He will not multiply it. While your worth is tied to your reflection, He will not entrust you with the assignment that requires you to be rooted in Him alone.
The anxiety you feel around food? It's blocking your peace. The guilt you carry when you rest? It's blocking your capacity. The constant striving for a body image that was never the assignment? It's blocking the woman God is actually calling you to become.
Your body matters. Your health matters. But the heart posture behind it matters more. And right now, the heart posture is wrong.
You already know this. The quiz just named it.
Fit for the Call is not a fitness program with Bible verses. If that's what you're looking for, this is not for you.
FFTC is a continuous refinement environment where we demolish the worldly framework of fitness and rebuild from the biblical one.
We don't start with a training protocol. We start with your identity in Christ. Who you are before you do anything. Because your body is just the result of the fruit you already have. If you don't have the fruit you want to bear, you have to change the seed.
Inside FFTC, The Awakened Woman learns to:
Separate her worth from her performance. Stop performing for God and start resting in her identity. Steward her body from peace, not anxiety. Train and eat without the scale dictating her mood, her worth, or her day. Build capacity for her calling without making her body the calling itself.
The actions might look similar from the outside. But the heart posture changes everything. And when the heart posture changes, the fruit changes. And when the fruit changes, it doesn't collapse. Because it's growing from the right root.
This is not something you can do alone. Not because you're weak. Because the patterns are too deep and the lies are too familiar. You need an environment that reorders everything. That's what FFTC is.
"I thought I was honoring God with my discipline. Renee showed me I was worshiping myself. Everything changed when I stopped performing and started resting in who I already am."

Fit for the Call is not:
It is not a workout program.
It is not "Christian fitness" with a Bible verse on the workout card.
It is not for women who want aesthetic results without examining their heart.
It is not for women who want quick fixes.
Fit for the Call is:
A continuous refinement environment built on the Be-Do-Have framework.
Identity work before behavior change.
Body stewardship rooted in calling, not image.
Partnership with God in the area most Christian women try to handle alone.
The demolition of everything the world taught you about fitness and the rebuild from what Scripture actually says.
Your Body Audit revealed the root.
FFTC changes it.
You've been convicted. Now get equipped.
If you're not ready to enroll, that's okay. But don't go back to the same plan expecting different fruit. The root has to change first. When you're ready, the door is open.
