This Was Never About Fitness.

Rich Glow was born from a conviction:

Women are not lacking motivation. They are lacking alignment.

In a culture obsessed with outcomes, shrinking, and appearance, women are taught to chase results without ever addressing identity. But your body is not a vanity project. It is a responsibility.

Stewardship of the body is the first place surrender is tested.

And how a woman stewards her body either prepares her for greater authority, or quietly delays her from it.

Rich Glow exists to close the gap between faith and fitness, belief and discipline, calling and capacity.

Renee Maldonado, Founder of Rich Glow

For years, I watched women love God deeply but remain inconsistent in their discipline. They wanted to be strong in their calling, but their body was the place they kept negotiating. I realized the issue wasn’t knowledge. It was identity.

When a woman sees herself rightly, she shows up differently.
When she raises her standards, everything shifts.

Through Rich Glow and my flagship membership, Fit for the Call, I equip women to steward their body, mind, and spirit with discipline and conviction. Not to chase aesthetics, but to build authority.

My teaching centers around three core pillars:

Identity

This is the becoming part, learning how God calls you to steward your body

Fruit

This is hearing God, walking in your calling, and having a body that is not only willing, but able to carry the weight

Stewardship

This is the doing part of the framework and obedience

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about obedience.

BODY ALIGNMENT

audit

Something already
feels out of alignment.

This isn't about starting over. It's about identifying what needs structure, discipline, and realignment, so you can finally carry what God is calling you to carry.

WHAT THIS IS

A clarity tool.

A short, intentional audit to see where your body, habits, and leadership are out of sync.

Not a fitness quiz.

Not another checklist that tells you to drink more water.

The audit covers

01 Physical stewardship — how you're showing up in your body right now

02 Mental alignment — the thoughts keeping you stuck and scattered

03 Leadership capacity — whether your daily habits match the calling you've been given

Free · 5 minutes · No fluff

WOMEN DON’T JUST “GET RESULTS”.

they become different.

Your Calling Is an Invitation.

Stewardship Is the Response.

Whether you begin with the Body Audit, or step directly into Fit for the Call, the goal is the same:

Alignment. Authority. Dominion.

We don’t chase results here.

We become the woman who can carry them.
